Great product
I am amazed at the accurate results after testing, as per the instructions. It's the best thing available. Very helpful in knowing the pH value of water, I am drinking every day. Purchase it without a second thought.

Good product for Testing Water

This water testing kit is ideal for the amount of money that was being charged
Ordered both pH and TDS meter for water analysis of my hydroponics system. Came unscratched in a nice box with pH strips as well as calibration solutions. Measurements are quite accurate, quick and reliable. Lasts really long as I've performed hundreds of tests without having to replace the batteries or facing any issue. Auto-off feature is a thoughtful feature that is of tremendous use in practical scenarios. Till now haven't faced any difficulty of any kind, overall happy with the entire experience.

TDS Meter is not accurate
TDS Meter is not accurate, the one i got has point difference, but if your are using it for normal drinking water then it is good, but if you are using it for some application which require accuracy then TDS meter is not recommended. On the other hand PH Meter is good, it is accurate definitely recommended. but the paper PH tags are no good.

Stopped working in 2 months
I had calibrated the pH meter using the same buffer powders they've given, following the instructions to the letter. Machine suddenly stopped working one day, flashing only 14.00 no matter what solution you put it in, including a new buffer solution provided by them. Tried recalibrating by again following the instructions exactly, machine shows Err and is useless now. Contacted konvio support. They asked me to send the product by my own shipping charges. So I spent more money on this useless product and sent it by courier to then receive a replacement which was defective RIGHT FROM THE START. It doesn't get calibrated at all following the instructions to the T as per their own videos and manuals. Keeps showing me error when I calibrate with 9.18 solution. It did calibrate with 4 though. But this is not enough since it shows a wrong pH of 7.4 when inserted into the 9.18 buffer solution that they themselves have provided. WASTE OF MONEY.
