Yeah the rings fall off but are easy to put back on. I use it on black rubber tiles so it doesn't slide around no matter what overall it's a great part of my routine for building arches in my feet.

The roller was smaller than I thought it would be. However, it’s a perfect size for rolling feet. Good quality and works great.

I use these in my balance class for seniors. I used to have one under my desk when I was still working and really missed being able to use one - really feels good on your feet.

It is a simple designed roller with rubber bands at both ends. The roller I received had one rubber end that was popped off when I received it. I simply slipped it back on but it occasionally it still pops off.
