This bags are thick and sturdy when they arrive. I fell in love with them. They state that you can wash them in the dishwasher, but I didn't/don't. I put some water and soap in them seal them shake them then run a rag/sponge through it. Easy. I only put salad mix in them for the week ahead, don't use them to freeze stuff. They just go into my refrigerator. After about 30/35 days of using these bags and washing them, in noticed 1. A few of the seams right under the zip lock busted. 2. They are no longer easy to seal. The seal doesn't line up and doesn't want to stay sealed. I have arthritis in my thumbs so fighting with these has become a battle. I bought a second set to see if maybe I got a defective batch, nope they're doing the same thing. The sad thing is I'm have the same problem with another brand of bags I bought in a larger size. What gives?? I wouldn't waste my money on these, not for them to last a little over a month.

What a great idea...right?!? Well yes, however after washing mine in the dishwasher, as it proclaims you can do, mine no longer will seal! I wanted to make sure they were sterilized, due to COVID and germs in general, so I figured the dishwasher would be perfect! First, the only way to wash them is put them over the prong things and some of them are too short which causes the bag to droop over and retain water and whatever else is in there. So I put them on the bottom tray because those prongs are longer so the bags held up much better! Did they come out perfectly clean and spotless...no. Still had a few pieces of rice in a couple of the bags. No biggie on that really...but to not be able to close/seal the bags now....that’s a problem and a waste of money! So long story short....HAND WASH ONLY and these could be 5 stars!!!
