North America (Yesterday's Classics) Paperback – April 14, 2021

This is used for my high school son’s geography of North America. We use this along with our atlas, YouTube videos of places and culture in the book and we use the questions at the end of each chapter to guide us. It’s fantastic and we have both learned a lot! He also is reading through Prisoners of Geography which will go well too with this same authors book on Europe. He will study that next year. I am very pleased with this book and would use it for middle school and high school age students.

We do Charlotte Mason style homeschool and needed something comparable to her Form 2 and 3 recommendations. This book definitely fits the bill as it goes through the various regions of North America talking not only about the landforms, but also the cultures and industries. It is much larger than I anticipated too and should last at least 2 years of study.
