Great stuff
I used this on the spine protector i wear on my motorcycle and i’m pleasantly surprised with the reflection. It took several thin coats of the stuff but it shines bright when you point a flash at it. My understanding of reflective material is road paint they sprinkle little glass beads on top of and tape uses prisms. I wasn’t sure what the mechanism of the paint would be, but it feels gritty so I assume it’s glass beads. In my experience if you get anything on top of road beads it dims the flash significantly but the binder in this paint didn’t do that. Good stuff would buy again.

Learning Curve
First. For those that mentioned that it is not reflective, Shake it up and apply in light coating. Also< this product as described is based on angle of view and light.I recently used this as part of a design on the back of my leather motorcycle jacket . It is DEFINITELY reflective. The trick is to shake it up well, use in light coats, and allow for drying time in between coats. It is pretty translucent. However, that changes with each coat.It can feel pretty gritty. I think it is the reflective beads. I tried to show the jacket but Amazon flagged the image as symbolic or something.Over all pretty happy with the product. Will attempt to use on other fabrics and art projects.

Very poor reflectivity
It would have helped if the manufacturer/supplier had this trial size with a small applicator brush attached to the under side of the top. Since it is considered a trial size that would have helped. It seems that no-one knows the product name nor where to obtain the grayish highly reflective paint that is put on portions of fire hydrants in our area. I even sent an email to the local fire department and they have not responded.

It is retro reflective, expect some trial and error.
It seems to be extremely sensitive to surface prep and some surfaces are going to require more prep than others.Applied directly to 3D printed plastic letters that have a smooth top surface, I got nearly no reflectivity at all. Applied to cardboard, it reflected very well. I'll be trying out some different surface textures on the 3D parts, I'm sure one will be successful. The seller is doing a good thing by offering this in trial size. It's a specialized product and some trial and error is to be expected. It's also worth noting it is a surprisingly thin, runny paint and applying it through a stencil onto vertical rough concrete, which was my original use for it, had very poor results.

NOT semi-transparent
I bought this specifically since one review mentioned that it was semi-transparent. I had some beautiful house numbers for the end of our driveway, but they were a dark metal and I wanted them to be reflective for emergency personnel. When I painted this on, it turned them all white. No transparency at all. It IS very reflective though. Does it's job, but is not transparent at all.

Worked well
I wanted to use this for numbers on my mailbox but unfortunately I did not read the directions. I finally realized I had to paint the numbers first and then use the reflective paint. It really show up now.

Works well - recommended
We used this to pick out the lettering on our street post in our community.Note this not a pigmented paint - it's whitish but translucent. If you wanted say white lettering, you would first apply some regular white paint then, after that's dried & cured, apply a coat of this reflective paint. The letters & numbers on our sign now really pop in headlights. It works exactly as advertised.
