Great product well worth it!

The order arrived very promptly and the quality is very good. I do intend on ordering another one in the near future as needed. I researched a number of Snatch Blocks and am glad I chose this one.

The construction seems to be excellent. I haven't used it yet but I have used many others and this one looks very good. The price is very reasonable.

This snatch block is clearly very well made. Later this summer I will use the block when cutting and moving trees in our bush. It is obvious that it will be up to the job.

There must be hundreds of different snatch blocks on Amazon. Most of them are just two stamped-out offset plates of steel stuck together. I'm sure they'll do the job, but this one is a work of art! Two very stout chunks of cast iron with a very businesslike design on them, reminiscent of the days when machinery was also considered worthy of an artistic touch. This may sound stupid to some people, but this is so damned pretty, you'll be proud to own it!NOTE: I noticed a couple of reviews mentioned sharp casting flaws in the rope path. This may have been an old problem that has been resolved. I'm happy to report that my cast parts are nice and smooth with no such problems.
