Hi, this is for the truffle makers in the house. I do chocolate with whipped cream ganache (with other additives) and that's what I bought these for. They are a little big. Ended up cutting each one in half because otherwise they would have been enormous once coated. Go for a 1" x 1" cube, I think, if you can find one. Having said that: these are a game changer (no more hand rolling) **as long as your ganache is firm**. You are looking for a ratio of chocolate to whipping cream of 10 ounces chocolate to 8 ounces of cream. I tried using coconut cream/milk and also softer ratios (more whipping cream) and then you have issues getting your ganache out of the molds. But if it's thick enough, you're golden. So it's a user issue. They do get cloudy looking after first use but still work great.

I made chocolate spoons for the holidays. The molds were the perfect size the chocolate didn’t stick and they were easy to clean.

Bought this to make butter candles for date night steaks. I saw this on a cooking show and wanted to impress my husband and family. I used the bees wax string as the wick . It was a complete success!!! My son in law used it to make Jell-O shots.

The perfect size for a single serving hot chocolate spoon. I just melted chocolate wafers, and then added it to the cavities. Inserted a spoon and then decorate it once it was solid. The chocolate was so easy to remove. Washing this is a snap. I am definitely buying more.
