The most amazing book
I wish I had read it sooner, when I first fell prey to panic attacks, anxiety and worry. I came to know how anxiety functions from a lot of other books, and they helped. This book described literally my entire journey through anxiety. I followed the steps in this book, and though I do get occasional worrisome thoughts, but I am no longer anxious and scrambling myself to get to a psychiatrist and troubling him to give me reassurances.

…I had found this information decades ago? LOL. Wow, this book was fascinating and truly the BEST book I have ever read on the subject of worry! If you suffer from severe anxiety and worry, buy and read this book now! Omg, amazing! And so darn helpful! Highly recommend with no reservations at all.

All'inizio potrebbero sembrare degli atti inutili e fini a se stessi, ma in realtà le tecniche descritte nel libro rompono l'eterno ciclo dell'ansia.

The book that finally helped me
I've read a lot of books on anxiety in the 15 years I've been suffering from severe health anxiety. This is the first one where I felt like the author was actually in my head. It was such a relief to see the thoughts and fears I have being expressed by someone else. By far the best takeaway from this book is to stop keeping your anxious thoughts to yourself. I finally feel like I have a path to a calmer, less anxious life.
