Benefits Outweigh the Taste!
I must say the taste is horrible. However, I took one tsp the day I received to immediately start getting the many health benefits. I wasn't even trying to address the headache I had. Then it hit me my headache was gone within minutes. I've only had for a week so I can't report on other benefits yet, however the way it addressed my headache with a quickness...and that isn't one of the listed benefits. To help with the taste I put 1tsp in a little dish, added 1/2 tsp honey and blended well. That helped so much. Also, since I am taking for health maintenance, I am taking 1tsp every other day. 2000mg a day for at least an 8-12 week period is the recommended dosage by most health nutritionists (safe to take every day though) so 4600mg every other day I think is great. If addressing something specific, I would suggest discussing amount and time with a nutritionist.

It is actually good and works but I suggest cutting it to a teaspoon tho b/c this is a good strong black seed oil and does the job.

Great quality
This product gave me an immunity boost. Whenever I felt a tickling or itchy feeling in my throat, I took this product. My symptoms will improve by the next day. Sometimes, I will have to take several tsp depending on how I'm feeling at that moment. Overall, this product is worth the money in my opinion.

Good for the price!
Black seed oil doesn’t taste great anytime but I’ve definitely had worse LOL. I will buy this one again it’s better value for the money than many I’ve had.

Be careful how much you take
This is a good version of Black Seed Oil. I have ordered several over the years. I take less then a teaspoon. More than that causes many runs to the bathroom.

Not the same product
I’ve been buying this product for 2 years ( this is my 6th bottle) and never had an issue until now. This last bottle has a light color, watery, and had very little taste resembling black seed oil. Prior purchases was dark, thick, and a slight burn/peppery taste, consistent with black seed oil.
