I love this tea so much! In 2014 my great grandparents passed away and my dad bought this tea to help my mom and I sleep since we had trouble sleeping. Sadly, my uncle passed away this month. He was only 50 years-old and this really hit my family hard since it was so unexpected. Every night since his passing I give my mom, his wife, and his parents (my grandparents) a cup of this tea so that they can sleep (grief is giving us a hard time sleeping) and every morning they say they feel well rested (pun not intended) despite this unfortunate loss. I 110% recommend this tea. I fill the cup half way so that the tea can be stronger (idk if that’s a thing or not but it seems to work for us, it knocks us out). Also, this is so convenient since Trader Joe’s lines to get into the store are really long where I’m from and they shipped out so fast!

I drink this amazing tea before bed. It helps me get to sleep and aids my quality of my sleep. It’s a wonderful blend of herbs which taste lovely

Not what I expected

We used to live near a Trader Joe's store and that is where I originally found this tea and it is my absolute favorite. If I cannot get to a store (nearest one an hour away,) I buy it on amazon. I have to watch what I eat and drink and I find this tea the most soothing. Think I'll go have some right now.

Trader Joe's Well Rested tea tastes very good and is good for an evening drink. It does help one fall asleep I take it every night about 45 minutes before I go to bed.

Best way to get this delicious tea if you don't live near a Trader Joe's. Really helps relax you so you can get a good night's rest.
