Iron Arms - Get Strong, Powerful Forearms...Fast!

Very good product. I have been using it for a while and am glad I made the purchase. Product works exactly as expected and provides enough resistance to give a good workout for a while until the muscles become acclimated to the resistance.

Most wrist exercisers work on the major flexor/extendor muscle groups of the wrist. This works on the pronator/supinator movements. The construction is of hard plastic with a spring on each side for resistance. I find the resistance to be a bit much. My wrists are not my strong point, however, and others may feel differently. The torque on my wrist does cause excessive pain and soreness afterwards. I'm not sure the wrist is supposed to be torqued that way. The supination (rotating your palm up) function also works the biceps well. It's an often neglected biceps movement. Overall, I find the device useful, but if you'd want to use it with another device for the flexor/extendor muscle group.

If you lift weights, you know that it's a pain to get a good forearm workout, especially at home. This thing is really convenient and lets you work both your flexor and extensor muscles, even while sitting down and watching tv. Absolutely the best forearm workout device I've ever used.

This thing rocks! After just three days of using this casually, I started to see my forearms get bigger. You see your forearm muscles flex as you do the excersises so there's no way it can't work.I love it because I can use this sitting down while I watch TV so there's never an excuse to skip a day. I would highly recommend Iron Arms!!!

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO OTHERS DO NOT HAVE HAPPEN TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED TO US. THIS WAS PURCHASED FOR MY SON FOR XMAS. HE WENT TO USE IT FOR THE 1ST TIME AND IT FLEW APART AND THE SPRINGS IN IT FLEW ACROSS THE ROOM AND THANKFULLY NO ONE WAS AROUND AS SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY HURT! IT IS NOT MADE OF IRON IT IS MADE OF PLASTIC THAT WAS NOT GLUED PROPERLY WHICH CAUSED IT TO BREAK. THE SELLER HAS INFORMED US WE CANNOT GET A REFUND AND TOLD ME OUT RIGHT THAT MY SON WAS "MANHANDLING" IT-AS I SAVED THEIR EMAIL! MY SON DID NOT DOTHAT AND IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN A FOOT CLOSER I WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE HIT WITH THE SPRINGS THAT FLEW OUT OF IT. THESE PEOPLE STILL REFUSE TO REFUND THIS ITEM SO I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW NOT TO BUY IT AS IT IS A CHEAP ITEM AND ALSO DANGEROUS. I WILL NOW HAVE TO CONTACT THE BBB TO TRY AND RETRIEVE MY REFUND!!!

I got this for a birthday present...seemed cool. works ok but i have to use it for like 5 mins non stop just to start to feel it working.. i do not recomened this...try some forearm curls

You can orient this in a lot of positions to get a full twist of your wrists and there is plenty of resistance, and i'm a very strong individual.

It seems a little flimsy. Am thinking it will end up in the trash in quick order when it snaps in half. NO instruction on use other then do it till your form gets bad? What constitutes good form? No idea.
