This product is fantastic it's helped alot as we are currently in the middle of a heatwave and I don't know what I would have done without this, the noise level is alot lower than a standard fan so if your used to having a fan running this will be nothing to you, when you put the ice blocks and water in the tray it really does blow out freezing cold air, the water level lasts for many hours I have had this running all through the night but just a tip some people may get the wrong end of the stick regarding these machines as they do not and are not supposed to cool the room down it is simply like a normal fan but it blows out cold air even when the room itself is really hot so be mindful of that as if your wanting it to cool the room down you need an actual air conditioning unit instead of this

This is rubbish as a cooler/ac. Even if you fill it up with ice the air that blows out of it is so warm and weak I could probably blow more of a breeze by exhaling. It only seems to blow from one side no matter what adjustment you make with the swing button and on the highest blow setting it doesn't even come close to a cheap fan on a low setting. The water unit is attached to the unit so you can NOT empty the stale water unless you take the whole unit to the bathroom and tip it upside down or get a bucket and sponge and keep squeezing it out. It is useless. My worst buy. It's quiet which is the only plus point but as an air con.... Total waste of money. It was 43 outside and not far off that inside my bedroom with that AC on. Very bad design and of no use at cooling anything down and no blowing power either. Useless.

After a very disappointing start this company pull out all the stop Thank you we now have the complete item and it is working very well my mother of 87 is now feel much better and cooler. Unable to use Item, No Wheels No remote Control and no instruction,VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

The fan setting alone seems to blow colder air than a traditional desk fan, once you turn on the cooling setting it really is like having your car air-con on in your room. The light trickling sound it makes when on the cooling setting is a bit annoying as makes you want to use the toilet but it is verry effective at cooling smaller space (average size living room or bedroom). Love the fact it has a remote and a sleep timer, perfect for keeping cool as you drift to sleep without consuming electricity all night. I've never use more expensive units before, only traditional tower fans or desk fans and this is soooo worth the money! Would highly recommend

As a normal fan it’s not too bad but not great…as a humidifier it’s absolutely awful! I have it in my living room which is a fairly small room so I thought it would be good in there with it not being too big…it is absolutely useless! It advertised low noise but it isn’t….it is now back in its box and I have gone back to using my pedestal fan which isn’t as noisy or as useless! Complete waste of money!

Just right for our space

Its ok as a fan but adding the ice blocks or even ice and ice cold water didn't make much difference. Would of been better off either buying a proper aircon unit or sticking to a normal fan.
