The media could not be loaded. We purchased this machine on Amazon on September 16, 2023. It worked well the first time. The second time, the oil extracted was very thick, not usable for cooking, like thick milk. Also it automatically stopped after 5 to 10 minutes. The manufacturer agreed to replace it with a new one and it sent the old one with some repair. Instead of replacing the old one with new one we received the old one itself. The manufacturer told us lies that he will send us a new machine replacing the old one. We thought it was a new machine. But when it arrived and when we tried putting peanuts, it gave very bad output, which we cannot even call oil. When I put pressure on the manufacturer he confessed that it is the same old machine with minor repairs. We spend Rs. 23,000/- on this machine and they deceived two times. They repaired the same old machine and sent me back and when I informed it is not working, they began to say that it is the problem with peanuts! Such a mental torture, time waste and money waste. I am going to complain against them to Amazon for a full refund, and if necessary to consumer cell department.

Quality not upto the mark, 1st time there was oil leakage from the motor, got it replaced, now after using for 3 to 4 times it stopped working, the extracts are not coming out & the machine stops...Should have asked for the money back..Big mistake..

This SI-801 is fully automatic machine and light in weight so anyone carry from one place to another. Design is classy, and voice prompt for reminder to us. And best thing is we extract pure and fresh oil at home anytime, anywhere.
