Different flavor
Puyas add a different flavor to salsas and sauces, and mixes well with other dried chiles. This company is a good source of chiles that I can't find locally.

My first use of this pepper. Its awesome how diffrent they can taste. Loved them and the smooth heat.

Well packaged; chiles aren't old and brittle.
Came in a corrugated cardboard box with air pillow packing. My dog destroyed the top of the box, but couldn't get through the air pillows; the bag of chiles was intact. The chiles are still leathery and flexible, rather than old and brittle, with a nice aroma. I'm very pleased, and made a very tasty salsa using a dozen of them mixed with a few guajillo's.
