The title of my review sums up how pleased I am with this product. Pros 1. Conforms to the shape of neck & shoulders 2. Has two sides: 1 with soft material if you prefer to gently ease into the cold and durable plastic side if you’re the type that jumps into the pool/lake/name your favorite body of cold water to get it over with. 3. Stays cold for at least an hour Con It’s only a very slight “oooh man I wish”…. it’s one size fits all. That size IS always a lie. 1. You may need to make slight adjustments if your shoulders are not as wide as the cold pack. Overlapping the front tabs & using a clip does it for me. 2. The section that is meant for your neck fits me well but I have a slightly longer neck. It actually may work better for someone with a shorter neck as that part would extend up into the back of your head. Ideal for tension headaches. 3. I usually wear it under a shirt because it sits back on my shoulders and won’t make contact with my neck if I don’t. In the end - I’m an instant fan and will be hard-pressed to switch to another product. Maybe the manufacturer will offer a couple of different sizes. Because if you are broad shouldered or built huskily- this WILL NOT fit you. Sorry. It’s easier to adjust down.

Works perfectly, covers the areas I need covered

Overall it is a a decent ice pack for your shoulders. Be aware that there is no ice gel in the neck area, so it is just for shoulder relief. The clasp works well. One side is soft and the other offers more deep cooling. If it had the ice in the neck portion I would give it 5 stars

Got this for my daughter who sits at a desk most of the day. Her complaint was neck and shoulder pain. This worked for her, she loves it

Good but the neck part is sub par big time. Yikes.

The fitted ice pack is fantastic! If you ever have shoulders that just can’t destress, this is your solution. The cold forces your tight muscles to finally relax.

I have two bulging discs in my neck ,and my shoulders were in spasm. this ice pack was a life saver.my only issue is that I'm small framed and wished I could since it tighter.i used a big chip clip to hold it in place.

Not very “fitted”, I find myself trying to wrap it closer into my body to feel the effects. It’s lovely to lay on. But if you are trying to move around or sit up, it won’t place right. I wish it was more adjustable and worked for longer.
