Glycolix 5% Glycolic Acid Cleansing Pads, 60 Count

Love this product! It’s a great way to ease into an AHA routine to help improve the surface our your skin. I find these are a good dupe for the first aid beauty facial radiance pads. Once your skin gets used to them, though, it may be time to graduate to a higher % of glycolic acid.When first starting, I would use these every other day. Don’t use them the same day you do a salicylic acid treatment (if you have sensitive skin) and definitely don’t use them if you use retinol or a retinoid. Always follow with moisturizer. I found they helped treat breakouts and improved the texture of my skin. After a couple months of use, though, I think it’s time for me to use 10%!

I had to get used to the strong fumes, but that lessens over time and they work well to gently exfoliate and moisturize the face.

I cannot begin to express how much I love using this product as a follow up to the Whole Foods 365 skin cleanser. I cut these glycolic wipes in half and use half to wipe over my entire face after cleansing. Then I use moisturizer under my eyes and on my neck only. For someone who has a greasy t-zone and dry other areas, this has worked beautifully for me for several years now.

I have cystic acne on my chin and I use these 3x a week to control breakouts. My skin looks smoother and my acne is kept under control using these.I have used the Dr. Gross Alpha Beta Pads in the past and while they are superior in terms of skin resurfacing and smoothing, both products control the acne the same, while this product is significantly more economic.If you are looking to control acne, YES. If you are looking to even skin texture, I would suggest another product.

These pads are great after I wash my face and before I put on my lotions and potions. I have very sensitive skin so I only use them at night because they do make my skin flair up a bit. Even after almost two month of nearly nightly use I wouldn’t use them in the morning. But I have noticed an improvement in my skin’s texture and clarity.

This product seems to really do its job! I would’ve given it five stars excepted it leaves your face kind of sticky.

Has made me skin young and clean.
