Compre este producto para mi casa 2 veces, la primera tuvo un liqueo de agua interno y la pantalla del menu dejo de funcionar, hago la devolucion pq tenia menos de un mes y le doy otra oportunidad y reordeno el mismo producto el cual nuevamente funciono bien los primeros dia hasta que volvi a ver agua proveniente del interior del tankless water heater. No compren este producto.

It’ leak on the inside and it’s band new not good it cost me $170 to buy it and the Clare it it cost me $134 dollars and my shipping company don’t do returns

I had this water heater professionally installed. Less than a month after installing it the digital display screen stopped working. When I contacted the warranty department they said they would replace it but I had to pay for the shipping to return the malfunctioning water heater.After explaining that I had already paid to have it installed and would now have to go through the hassle of uninstalling and then reinstalling the new one, I told them I did not think I should have to be paying for anything. Especially given that this was a brand new product that malfunctioned shortly after install. Since then the warranty person has not contacted me back.Also, the phone number for the warranty doesn’t work. It rings for a couple minutes then just disconnects you, so you’re unable to actually speak to someone. They only communicate by email.

Put in and started leaking right off the batt. Fills a 2 quart container every 6 hours. Not happy and will not buy again.

Worked great. No leaks heats up the water and works really well. Had a little drop of a leak and just make sure you really tighten the connections. Leak stopped then.
