There is quality built in as battery system was very easy to use, the amount of time to charge and its basic functionality is something it says for itself.

I just recently got the batteries but they seem to be working well and take a charge the first week. I can update if that changes.

Works well

This was a one day delivery item thru Amazon Prime. Initially it worked fine. I have no complaints about the batteries that came with. The charger successfully brought back to life a fully discharged old battery but the second old battery flashed red then green then red again repeatedly and I left it on overnight thinking it would charge. The next day there were no lights and the battery was dead, Putting the charger on a voltmeter indicated no voltage. I'm thinking the battery was bad and broke the charger. There is no contact information to inquire about replacing only the charger. I don't need to have 5 batteries laying around so I am looking for other chargers .The ability to charge from a cars power outlet is a nice feature. How long will the charger normally last?.

Just like the original battery that came with my camcorder that I still use!No downside, price incredible for TWO batteries and a charger. Arrived in a nice box with the batteries wrapped in plastic and in nice individual storage box for each battery.Also came with a car charger cable.I was pleasantly surprised at the fair price and easy to use charger, changing one battery at a time.Value for price paid and quality is top notch.
