Didn’t work for me.
Works, but not any better than a whisk. Definitely not better than a personal size blender. Leaves lumps unless I really take a while tamping & stirring & tamping & stirring drink powders to dissolve them in water. Have a sm. personal blender now & much better. Concept is obvious, but powders just stick between the little bars on this tool & stay there. Need a toothbrush to clean it, & I’m trying not to get it wet near the solid handle since I can’t dry between all those little bars & am afraid if it’s wet up inside that handle that it might start rusting up in there w/o good air flow for air drying. Also, no way to get inside that handle to clean it if drinks get up in there. Can only rinse 5he handle out & hope it dries inside there w/o rusting. So that’s why I try to not let any liquids or water get up to the handle. Without getting any of the handle wet, it only reaches ti bottom of a coffee cup filled 3/4’s full to give an idea of length below handle w/o dunkng handle too. Not my favorite tool, but sure looked like it would break up all the lumps in any drink. Wish I hadn’t gotten it. Maybe others who aren’t trying to break up powdered drink mix lumps & mix the powder that seems to accumulate in bottom of cup will like it better than I did.

Great little wisk! Not just for coffee
We have this at the stand I work at as well. I go for it every time!Decided to get one for at home as well. I have not noticed anymore scratching than a metal spoon has done.My 4 kids all teens also love using it for cocoa and mixing apple cider.I love to bake my own homemade bread as well. This little tool is fabulous for mixing the yeast and warm water well.As far as cleaning goes I typically wash it with a warm soap rag, rinse and put in the drying rack ( I don’t have a dishwasher. ) I have had it about 4-6 months and haven’t had any issues.

Not the best tool
I wanted to try adding a needle distributor to my espresso making and saw this and thought without much more research that this would be a good option. I assure you, it is not.The metal rods are more akin to what you might find on a wire whisk but thicker, and well, they're too close together to really be of much use. Rather than being a coffee de-clumper, it ends up making more clumps because the grounds get trapped between the different needles and stuck in there. This ulltimately necessitates that you bang it on the portafilter to dislodge these grounds which frequently makes a mess.I would purchase something else!

Bad. Cheap. Fell apart
Before falling apart, and seeing a rubber band inside holding it together. it scratched the mug. I cant get a refund, but do yourself a favor and get something else.
