This item worked as expected and install was simple.

Good OEM FIT for the stock shock on my e60 chassis. Has good hold so far, hope it lasts just as long.

I had no idea the popping trunk on my BMW e60 could be fixed. This strut is the solution. Unit comes configured with the spring and it can be installed in a snap. No special tool needed.

Easy install , as described, performs ok but not as OEM. Will open and lift the truck half way , you just ya e to lift the rest of the way - with no force needed as the spring will push it and leave it resting at the end. It’s good for the price paid. So I would recommend.
