Received a totally different item
Item is completely different from what is advertised, extremely small and totally different from the capacity advertised!Very poor quality plastic trays that are dented and non functional.Do not deal with this seller!

Didn’t receive all parts as shown
I ended up only with the base item and none of the additional parts as described and pictured. It’s a great product but sadly it’s misleading because I wouldn’t have bought just the base for the price.

Nice sturdy design.
It is small. Will not hold full size dinner plates.A good fit for a family who mainly eat out of bowls!I don’t.Kept it anyway because it fits nicely near the sink. But requires a different kind of dish management skill.Primarily, do not pile up your dirty dishes in the sink. Wash up immediately.

Don't go on the picture. Its not exactly shown in the picture.. side racks for glsses and spoons arent provided. Just the rack

Good product missing parts
Product is of a very good quality. Had a bad experience cause it comes with missing items. Only main rack available. Had issues with returns as well.

I only received the rack without any of the attachments. Very disappointing!!
