Top quality shoes
Bought these for myself having bought some for my wife some months ago. They do take some time to arive but are well worthwhile waiting for. They really well made and very comfortable.

Disappointed
Structural and cosmetic problems. I expected very similar to my older brown suede. EE that I ordered and received is too narrow for my feet that fit fine in a D in other Brooks. Big toe of one foot hits end of shoe, toe box is narrower but OK, tongue is much shorter and less padded, but adequate, sole much thinner but may be OK, factory box smashed as shipped in sack, The "shade" color of the suede looks terrible with the "peacoat" color of the rest of the shoe.

Increased my time and decreased soreness!
These are great shoes for walking. I increased my mile by a minute and decreased soreness after 10 mile walks. Ready to order my second pair to alternate days!!

Wide width ladies, get the men's shoe!
In a women's shoe, I'm a size 11W. Oftentimes the toebox still doesn't provide enough room and my big or baby toes become irritated rubbing against the shoe. I work on concrete floors sometimes up to 12 hours a shift. I love Sketchers and Ryka but they really need to offer extra-extra wide in more shoes! Well, I have finally found two men's sneakers that I can wear to work with NO pain at the end of my shift. One shoe is the Brooks suede Addiction Walker.OMG! I didn't feel the concrete floors and had NO pain at the end of my shift!. I get Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis often and don't get me started on the corns that develop after my feet swell working over eight hours! Even when I took them off after I got home I felt...nothing. For the first time working more than 4 hours on concrete floors, I had absolutely no pain. I ordered the size 10-2E and they are perfect. I can even wear thick socks with them! I could probably wear the 9 1/2 2E but because they're suede, and OH so comfortable, they don't slide off my feet when I walk, not even when I'm walking down ramp! These Brooks are so nice and comfortable. Ladies, if you need more room in the toebox or a wider width, get the men's shoe! If you work on concrete floors or the oftentimes 12 hour shift, get these suede Addiction Walkers. I'm going to try the leather Addiction Walkers but my first order will be a size 9 1/2-2E because the Hoka Bondi SR, which I'm going to review next, fit perfectly in men's size 9.5-2E.Okay, so I gave this shoe 4 stars for support and light weight only because at the 11th hour they felt a little uncomfortable. This might be because they are still new, not well worn. This doesn't mean they need a long break-in time, they don't, but I believe that after a month or so, this suede sneaker is going to feel like well worn gloves on my feet. This shoe is fantastic! I have tried so many sneakers looking for comfort and support in a working shoe. Oh! I almost forgot. I have slightly high arches and sensitive instep too. Years of wearing ill fitted heels that were too cute to pass up. You know what I mean, ladies. Please try these men's Addiction Walkers. I love them!

Good quality, just did not fit my very special foot
All is nice and I like Brooks sneakers. The only issue is that many sizes are only 49,5 or 48,5 and I need exactly 49 and a wide form.
