Good price too
Been using this for 2 years now and I do not know what I would do without it. I am 59 with significant back issues but I take a 30-35 minutes walk everyday. I do not think I would be able to without this product. I used to take just Glu-Co my itself, the extra ingredients make "Max" more effective. Good price too.

Seems to be helping after one month of taking it but it's hard to really tell. I've read that some people respond better than others. If you don't take any other vitamins or minerals it would probably have a larger effect.
