Esto es demasiado grande y pesado para usarlo en un gato. No sé por qué piensan que tienen que hacerlo con metal pesado y grueso en lugar de aluminio.

Website is not configured for connections coming in from Australia. As with other reviews, tried logging a ticket with customer support but got no response.

First the tag is light weight - yes but its cheap plastic. The website for your pet is extremely basic - like it was thrown together over night. Is there places to put all your information - yes. Does it feel secure? Not really. I scanned the code after the set up and it does work. If you are on a budget, then this will do. If you are looking for the top of the line, surely there has to be something better out there. I am considering whether I will keep this or not and find something of better quality

The technology is glitchy at best. It is difficult to sign up and confusing the way it wants you to add a second pet. I finally got it working after a few days when I actually received a confirmation email. Then when I scanned my own pets to see how the location map would work, it showed both of my dogs 3 hours north of me. The rings to attach to your pet's collar are cheaply made. The only good thing is that if it actually stays on your pet and someone scans it, that person can open the webpage to show your pet's information and your contact info. I did receive an immediate email showing it was scanned, but the location given to me was way off.

The website to set up this product is clunky and unresponsive, and account creation was reliant upon someone reaching out to me once I’d tried to set up my account. The website said I’d get an email confirmation for my account, but a day later I received an email saying “it appears you didn’t get that email sent to you” which seems like a cover for not actually having automatic account creation set up. Once working the product works as intended though, which in the end makes it worthwhile.
