Really like the pan but was disappointed with the recommendation not to use olive oil or a cooing spray, both of which I use regularly. According to the instructions, using either could damage the surface of the pan.

Appears to meet my expectations. It was bought as a Christmas gift for my "brunch chef" husbamd, so will have to wait for a real evaluation.

I love this product! Truely non stick and the thick hottom plate really produces even heating and uniform temps. Kuddos, thank you, just what I was looking for cause it has a lid with release valve.

Pan is great, handle is crap.

It is a very nice pan. The nonstick works great! I hope it holds up for a long period of time. Unlike pans that we've had in the past.

Upon arrival, the product's box looked like it had been resealed and re-taped. Once opened, the large, plastic ziptie-like fastener was snipped and the bubble wrap around the pan and lid were obviously reused. The pan and lid look like they have not been used, but there's no way to be sure. I thought I was purchasing a new product, not one that had been, at least, opened before. I may return it.

Great and solid pan. I wanted a large pan that I could put under the broiler, and this was perfect! Have used a lot!

Best pan I have owned! Totally non stick but I always use a very small amount of butter when cooking anyway. Very very easy to clean.
