The pan seemed to work fine until I used it for cooking flat bread. The flour stuck to the middle of the pan and from that point forward everything seemed to stick to the center part. When I informed the seller they said too bad, it was past the 30 day period and they could not help me. Fortunately Amazon came to the rescue. Personally i will never by anything from Global Liquidators again.
