Great item but they really smell
These are great to protect open wires in traveled areas. They are made from recycled rubber and really smell.Ok for use in a garage but not in an enclosed environment like a home or office. The odor does lessen after 6 months or so.

Perfect for the job!
I have limited outdoor spigots at my home and have to perpetually buy new hoses that go across my driveway because they are damaged by car wheels. i bought myself a nice hose and installed these ramps and it was easy peasy. Now the hose is protected!

Not bad as a wire cover, just OK as a speed hump
I was looking for a small speed bump to tell me when I should stop in my garage. I cannot drill into the concrete (it's a shared garage) so it needed to be a surface mount. I also wanted something that would tell me I'd gone too far, not necessarily something tor stop me. These are pretty perfect for my situation, which includes a small sports car and a small SUV. With a larger car you might not be able to feel the humps. The humps are well made, have a convenient yellow stripe on the top to stop you from tripping.Right out of the box, there is a very, very, very strong odor of burnt rubber. It even permeated the shipping box and I had to leave it outside waiting for trash day! After a couple of days, the smell in the garage went away, but our garage is very well ventilated. If you've got a normal house garage, I would recommend leaving them out for a couple of days.Pros:- Good value for money - can cover two parking spaces with some gaps- Just high enough to feel, not high enough to stop a car.Cons:- Need to air them out prior to installation- Although there are some flat spots on the bottoms, it was hard to find enough of them to use a glue, like liquid nails to tack them down to the floor- They do not come with any fastening system to mount on the floor.Recommendation: I would only use thee in a well ventilated area, but they seem like they will resist heavy traffic for a long time and easily protect a cord. As speed humps, they are marginal. They work in my situation because I also have sonic "curb feelers" on my cars, so these are simply a second line of defense against crashing into the wall.

Perfect
Stands up under the pressure of a tandem tractor hooked to a 53’ trailer. Worth the $$.

These will stink up any place you put them and anything they touch. BEWARE!
Update: 5/18/22The smell never went away even a year later. I finally went and had my car professionally cleaned and o-zoned. $1000 later the smell is finally gone.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: 10/14/2021My car still stinks of these even though it's been several months since I returned them. I ended up having to pay a large shipping fee to get them returned. This has been my worst experience with anything I have ever purchased.----------------------------------------I bought these for a live webcast we were producing. I read about the smell and assumed I would just leave them outside in the sun for a couple days to get the smell out. I was wrong. Like other reviewers mention, that didn't work. I then transported them in my SUV with a moving blanket in between them and my SUV interior. The whole car stinks like toxic fumes now. I took the moving blanket out and washed it twice and it still stinks. My car without it in there wreaks. I can barely drive it now for more than 15 minutes without getting a bad headache and so have to drive with all the windows down. I drove around for 4 hours so far with the windows down to try to air out the car. It hasn't worked. I have these now back out in the sun and they still stink. So bad that I can smell them in the house even though they are 50 feet from the house in the yard. This is crazy how bad it is. I don't recommend these. I might have to spend a good amount of money just to get my car professionally cleaned out to get the smell out. And again, they didn't even touch the interior of my car!
