Q: how do you get the sprayer to spray

Just above the twist on cap, on the sprayer there is a little button, push it in to open to spray and from the other side push it back to close.

Q: is this anymore than just distilled water and vinegar/ alcohol?

they have not used alcohol in screen cleaners for over 10 years and I have never seen one that had vinegar in it

Q: Does this cleaner spray work well on the new MacBook Pro?

Yes it does clean any laptop screen perfectly well.

Q: Can I use this to clean an Alexa

It works great on my tv computer phones etc.
