ActivPlay Geo Dome Climber with Swing Set

Much more cool than the standard wooden swing set.- Took two guys about 6-7 casual hours to assemble.- Do yourself a favor and have two electric screwdrivers or drills with #5 hex bits. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT assembling it with the single Allen wrench provided.- Follow instructions. The color coding does most of the work for you but note the number of holes in the connecting discs.

Was shorted 8 poles for dome...worked on it better part of day and now they are closed to tell them I got shorted parts. We will see how good customer service is and I will update review.*Update*Customer service was very helpful and got missing parts within the week. Fully assembled and my kids love it. Very sturdy playground. Leave bolts loose until you get it where you want it's location to be, then tighten down dome.

As for the equipment, it is awesome. HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. I had to contact customer service because the 4 base plates were missing and we couldn't even start in putting it together since they were the base plates. We needed it set up for an event which did not happen because of those missing plates. Despite prompt response to take care of their mistake the rep tried to make me jump through hoops to get the missing items until I told her that this was never my fault and am returning the product; then she quickly acted on it and got the missing pieces to me in 3 days. Count the parts(they are a lot) and make sure you have everything before you start. The finished product is wonderful and high quality playset your kids will love.

This is a beautiful dome climber. It is clearly of a very high quality, it has a beautiful design, and it has shorter (and therefore more) bars than other dome climbers so it is easier for younger kids to climb but huge so it will continue to be fun and challenging as a child gets bigger. After a year outside the finish is becoming a little dull, but I suppose that is expected. It’s still lovely.

The actual finished product is amazing and definitely 5 stars. It's solid, sturdy, and absolutely perfect for my almost 3 year old and 4 year old. I have no doubt that this will last them years in both interest and quality.My main complaint is the instructions. While not impossible to understand, they could have been SO much better. You really have to pay close attention to every step and hope you are deciphering the drawings correctly. We guessed wrong a couple times and it added a lot of time to the already long process. We were also missing a nut, washer, and the basketball from the swingset box. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have the complete product/parts and not have to deal with finding replacements.

Very large and sturdy. Will require 2+ people for assembly. Took my husband and I 5-6.5 hours even with his power drill. I know it will last for years to come and my kids are already enjoying everyday playing on it

It is fun for kids who are little older (up to 10). I wish we could attach more of their system to this specific set. It is nice for a smaller yard where a traditional set won't fit.

Package came as damaged. Many screws were missing. Still waiting for the manufacturer to send missing parts.

We got this for our kids as a Christmas gift but didn't set it up until May (we're in Canada so....snow...lol) . My kids absolutely love it, but within just a few weeks there is already rust where the bars meet on the dome part. So considering this wasn't cheap, I have to say I'm a bit disappointed that there is rust so soon. I can't imagine what it's going to look like after the first year. Other than the rust though, it's great!
