Q: How to measure the computer

What I used: A pair of scissors and a pencil. How I did it: The laptop sticker has a picture of beautiful artwork on the front and a measuring grid on the back. On a clean hard surface, I put picture side of the sticker down with the grid side facing up. I then put my laptop on top of it with the logo side down and I traced my laptop. Then I cut the sticker where I traced the laptop. Next, I took a breath and removed the measuring grid from the sticker and placed it onto the label side of the computer. The lovely thing about the vinyl sticker is that I was able to adjust it until I got it just right. When I have some of the sticker hanging unstuck, my simple solution for that is clear school glue and scotch tape to hold the sticker in place overnight. It works for me. I hope my information helps someone.

Q: Can i use this skin over a laptop cover i already have? I just want the skin as a design cause i have a plain black samsung case

I don't think it would stick to a case. It sticks to the back of the screen perfectly. I would think the surface has to hard.
