I'm unsure just yet about the effectiveness all around, but I do feel my energy levels are better when I compliment this with workout routine. So I was a little worried about the flavor, and if it would actually taste like the description said. Upon mixing up the product, you kind of get the sense it may taste like grass, but it does not. For it being a keto, friendly, a.k.a. sugar, substitutes it actually has some pretty good flavor and is not over sweet. The ingredient quality is pretty top notch and I did notice within a day of using I started to become regular. It is a little bit of a pain to get all the ingredients to dissolve but as you drink it just swirled around a little bit and you’re able to get everything down without a single problem. I will definitely be purchasing this item again in the future whenever I start to run out, highly recommend and great value for the money.

I have taken Athletic Greens, now AG1, off and on for years. That does get expensive and I wanted to look at cheaper alternatives that didn't skimp on quality. I tried this and Kaged Nutrition's version. The flavor is very powerful. Think a very sweet coconut greens drink. I can stomach it. However, my wife tried it once and then couldn't be in the same room as an open container. She is a tad squeamish. A sub note: The smell doesn't dissipate. Your BMs will smell like this... The ingredients don't quite cover what AG1 does. But, it's still a good product for people like me who don't get their greens in. I like Jocko's podcast, some of his supps, and wanted to give this a try. The ingredients and taste did seem to be lacking for what I was looking for. TLDR, I take AG1 again
