I was expecting a better product than the Pros Mini but it is not better. I would rather buy a Pros Mini than this version.

I bough this scanner in 2021 on Amazon . But since the newer model car need gateway bypass the scan was not let me connect. I contacted customer service and the help me fix the problem. They will not leave you hanging , they will make sure the problem is resolved. 🥇service and product.

Great functionality for the price with a ton of vehicle coverage. I've primarily used it on US brand cars and have been very impressed with it. So far all the PIDs seem to be accurate and the special functions and bidirectional control all seem to work. Item arrived fast and with everything nicely packaged and scan tool itself was at a 88% charge which is more then enough to get it set up an ready to use. The battery seems to have an long life depending on screen brightness and the charger supplied seems to charge slowly which in my opinion is great to preserve the overall life span of the battery. You will need an SD card as it comes with the internal memory pretty much maxed out and with constant patchwork updates you'll run out of room really fast and it will bog it down something bad. It seems to take a bit long to establish Comms with Chrysler products and to conduct a full system scan.Overall for the price I paid ($700 at the time) it's a great fast return on investment if you do a lot of diagnostics and actually know how to interpret and use the information the scan tool provides. I still manually verify all sensors with a labscopes regardless what brand the scanner is.Like all other scan tools there will always be some software issues such as glitches and false values displayed that can even happen with a $10,000 tool as well but so far so good on this one.Over all great buy and I would recommend it to anyone on a budget but needs a scan tool above entry level.

I want a scanner, not a samsung tablet with many junk apps. Also Im stuck at register screen at the capcha box because can't find the capcha text anywhere. The capcha box was blocked by a popup. Try several times but couldn't get pass that capcha box. Gave up and return.
