Does what you need it to do.
Note - if you are even a little chubby do yourself a favor and buy the large size. Using my wife's medium feels like I have a noose around my neck.

Nice neck restraint
I like it better than my zamp. Alot more comfortable. I was kinda bummed when I received it though, I was expecting the quick release anchors but didn’t get any which is why I gave it 4 stars cause it showed them in the pictures.

Sized a bit small plus missing parts
The space for your neck is really tight. Instructions are good and the quality of the restraint device is very good. However, it did not include the SA2010 nut anchors as was mentioned in the questions as well as highlighted in the product images. 3 stars for bad information.

Did not arrive with all of the contents. Missing quick releases and back plates.

Used with HJC HX-10 III
I'm a muscular build, wide shoulders and traps, and 71 1/2" tall. This device was kind of small at first and I figured out that you can adjust it and now fits perfectly. The anchors that it comes with attaches to the HJC HX-10 III helmet without having to do modifications.I guess the only thing I'm second guessing is the use with the factory shoulder belts w/ the factory seats in a 2020 wrx sti. It seems like it'll be no problem, but I have yet to use it on the track to see if the belt with stay on the grooves.
