Extremely hydrophobic! This is exactly what I was looking for. The paint surface seems to develop depth and has become glossy. Just wash and the water starts to bead right way. What worked for me: 1. Cleaned the surface 2. Sprayed water on the surface 3. As per the ratio mixed the shampoo with water 1:9 4. One section at a time - apply and wash it water immediately. Stand back and see the magic of water beading and falling off the surface.

This is a very easy to apply hydrophobic coating. I had excellent results. I did use it as a topper on some regular Hydro2, and not on a prepped car.. The car looks fantastic and since regular Hydro2 is more difficult to apply, this is way easier for the novice.
