My daughter was so happy to receive this backpack! This bag is very light, easy for kids to carry.

This backpack is a 10/10 for younger elementary students. Fit her lunch, planner, library books, and homework easily. Was a great size for a very tall kindergarten student, and we’ll be using it again in grade one. The picture shows the (almost nonexistent) wear on the bag after 10 months of daily use. Highly recommend.

Great back pack holds plenty of things strong and sturdy zips also purchased matching lunch bag.

This is the third backpack I’ve purchased in an attempt to find something that fits my almost 4 year old preschooler without over bearing her. She is ridiculously petite, about 3 foot one and only 27 pounds. I bought a 17 inch backpack and that was ridiculous lol I ordered her a simple modern Fletcher 7L backpack and it is the most gorgeous thing ever but fits absolutely none of what she needs and that was over $30. I looked, and I looked and after much deliberation And reading found this. It came overnight for free right before she goes to school on her second day. It’s beautiful spacious without being overwhelming on her petite frame and lots of compartments. As you can see I sent her folder which is a bit bigger than an A4, toddler sheet and toddler blanket. She still has room for an extra set of clothes and her water bottle which is 10 ounce and round fits perfectly on the side. And there’s still room. If you have a petite preschooler and I struggling to find some thing this is it. I referenced the size of the small simple modern backpack next to this because that one is listed as 14 inches but fits nothing that she needs I hope this review help happy shopping!

I purchased the medium sized Flamingo school bag for my tiny 3 year old to start pre-k. Big enough for the daily conduct/ homework folder. Not too big for her back. There is a water bottle holder on each side. Place for Name inside bag.(2month update: still very satisfied with this bag & lunch box!)
