These bookends are sturdy and very well made. The pale green color is pretty, and the design is rather stunning for something so functional. I'm really glad I purchased them. They look great on the shelf.

It does it's job pretty well, it can hold out up a decent amount of books on a shelf, or book shelves whichever you prefer. It's also very stylish!

The product is very sturdy with a nice design and beautiful color!The non-slip pad is also attached on the bottom is also telling how this is thought well with a balance and functionality.I purchased this for my daughter to hold a bunch of hard-cover picture books with various sizes and it holds those heavy books very well.I am convinced again that "Designed in Japan" is one of the best indicators to get a superior product.

These are sturdy and functional bookends. There are pads on the base of each bookend so there's no scratching the furniture. I love the leaf design and pretty green color. They do a great job of holding heavy books in place.

These are really cute! I am using it to hold textbooks on the top of my desk and it works well.

Absolutely recommend. I bought the brown first and then had to have the green as well. Both colors are quite tasteful and I like the unique matte finish. Made in Japan. They work just fine for me for small to medium size books. Definitely well worth the few extra dollars for the design and nice finish. Would make a great gift as well!

I really like these bookends! I had space on my end table for books and wanted something that looked nice but would also hold books up without taking up a lot of room. These bookends totally do the trick! These can handle heavy books easily and look nice too! I am very happy with my purchase!
