Delicious!
The texture of this ghee is just fantastic...silky smooth and lucious. The vanilla bean is the tastiest ghee I've had, and it makes Fat Coffee that's so delicious I could drink it all day long. I tried them all straight up to get a true taste. The salted will be especially great on veggies, and the plain will be good in anything. The vanilla bean is definitely the best of the bunch for me, but they are all really good. This is high quality ghee, and I recommend the product. I don't eat grains, but if you are a popcorn lover, the salted will become your best friend! :)
