Great if your waist is around 38"
I really wanted to like this walking belt. I exercise with Leslie Sansone and she uses a similar belt in some of her exercises and called it her favorite walk booster. The belt looks very nice and well constructed, but I'm returning it, because it is way too large for me. I have a 32 inch waist and the two velcro parts on each side aren't even close to touching each other. The velcro on one side kind of sticks to the regular belt, but then there is a huge piece of belt just hanging. They should have made the velcro part larger.I am only taking of 1 star, because I'm sure it's going to fit many people. I closed the two velcro parts perfectly together and measured the length like that. It's around 38 inches. So if your waist is close to 38 inches, this belt should work really well for you.

Love the belt. It doesn't fell really heavy but it does the job. Enjoy walking with it.
