Easy to swallow and no nasty additives. Cruelty free and good formulation.This is a must have specially during the winter months when we rarely get enough sunshine.My family used this on daily basis.I have a very low Vitamin D and with my MS I should be watching my Vit D3 like a hawk. After taking this for a few weeks, my blood test showed improved Vit D in my bloodstream. So I suppose this helped me a lot.

Quality packaging and tablet nice and small - I'm about half way through, but don't have any discernible improvements as yet - no complaints though as may be need a longer period of time.

Amazed how easy they are to swallow, they’re a good size but don’t stick and slip straight down. Fantastic value, and simple easy to read packaging. Very pleased, really hope this formulation helps me! You only need to take 1 a day so it will last a long time. Reasonable price as well. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

This is great value for money as you get 4 months supply for £22.For me, its very important to find a vegan friendly supplement and living in the UK a vitamin D3 & K2 is a must. Combined they help absorption and as we don't get as much natural D3 as other countries I find myself feeling fatigued (especially during winter months).Take 1 a day, the capsules are transparent so you can see the oil inside. They are very easy to swallow.I take other supplements by the same company and find them to be of very high quality.Highly recommend.
