Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Understanding the Workplace

I needed this book for an industrial/organizational psychology class last semester. The price to rent it on Kindle was a great deal. However, the book itself was really boring. Having to read a chapter every week was pure torture. I would have much rather jumped into a pool full of shattered glass.

The book I received was in good shape. It was delivered in a timely manner. Fairly priced as well.

Easy to understand, full of relevant real-world research, and an excellent way to introduce oneself to I/O.
