Q: where can you find the hepa filter for the airgenius 5 model hfd320

This model is only near Hepa filtration with 99.95 filtration in contrast to true Hepa 99.97. It has a permanent filter that can be washed out, but then needs to dry out completely over night as it also works with static electricity. It has a prefilter either foam (washable) or better char coal, Filter K. With the unit turned off and plugged in, hold down the OK button for 5 seconds until the light flashes. This will reset the unit.
