Works great, really impressed. All 3 of my cats use it not problems, even our fussy old girl who only uses a conventional litter tray once before it being too dirty will use it multiple times. When it was just her using it, it lasted just under a week now with all 3 it lasts about 3 days. Which does make it quite expensive. Cleaning the litter is easy, just lift it, put the lid on and put it in a bin bag. The problem is cleaning the mechanism that moves the poo. We’ve also had issue with our kitten (who’s actually 3 now) pressing the button, pooping behind the rake as it’s clearing the litter and watching he freshly laid poop get smooshed up the side as the rake returns. Getting a lid resolved this for us and left us with a slightly less entertained cat. Apart from that our cats are happy with it.

This item was a waste of money. The blurb claims it can be used by one cat for up to a month before needing a change of crystals. It smelt even after just a few days of my cat using it. That is because due to its bad design the waste sitting in an area at bottom of the tray is not fully sealed causing the smell to spread throughout the house. The rake has to be manually operated a number of times because it does not fully turn over the crystals to allow them to dry. You have to use a scoop in order to completely turn it over to dry which rather defeats the object of the electrical rake. Please don’t waste your money on this product. I am throwing mine away as I obviously can’t sent it back as it has been used.

Although pricey, I absolutely love this product. Effortlessly scoops away poop and keeps away smells. I do think the odour control is mainly due to the petsafe cat litter (best litter out there) but this is still brilliant. I've seen some negative reviews showing poop smeared all through the tray. As long as your cat is doing solid waste this product is great. However, if there is something runny, it really does make a mess. But that's not the products fault. I use the reusable litter tray with liners and the bags of litter. Seems to work better than the disposable trays. One bag lasts 7 days for my 2 cats, and I give the litter a mix every few days so that clean litter isn't scooped away all the time. If there is a mess on the rake it's not the most pleasant thing to clean (would be good if rake was detachable) but it gets done with some anti bac spray and kitchen towel. Fab product, worth the investment if you hate cleaning litter trays. If this is too much money for you, definitely buy the litter, the best out there by far.

This litter box is brilliant. We bought a more fancy model to start with from rival brand PetKit which yes has nice features such as an app and automatic weighing of the cats, but when cleaning time comes around every fortnight it's such it's a massive pain to clean! In contract this PetSafe model is lighter (big bonus feature) and soooo easy to clean, plus it doesn't need to be cleaned so frequently. (Plus it's half the price!) I found that after 40 uses, as indicated by the really helpful counter, fresh crystals are needed, which is easy peasy due to the deceptively simple design. I do however have to scoop the poo compartment every so often otherwise it fills up, and one improvement would be to include some sort of deodoriser as the poos do smell - some worse than others! I actually place a rival PetKit odour eliminator in the poo compartment and replace it about once a month - does the trick! The raking mechanism is pretty basic but also pretty foolproof. We've had our first one of these litter boxes for over 6 months and have had no issues at all. It is however rather noisy so that takes a bit of getting used to. I would highly recommend these, they're great!

This is a huge improvement to cleaning out a litter tray several times a day. My cats used it immediately and needed no introduction. I have 2 adult cats who I am having to keep in for a couple of weeks. So far, I am having to change the litter tray every 4 days. This is because of smell and because that the rake gets stuck in the urine sodden granules. If I was intending to use this permanently, it would be ridiculously expensive and not very eco friendly. Long-term I would invest in the permanent tray that you can buy separately. I am also not sure if my product is faulty as the rake seems to get stuck for no reason. I will see what the seller says.

The sieve works just fine but there’s no way it traps the smell; we have had a few arguements because of this! We had to change the crystal litter in one week, when the reviews said it could last for 3 weeks easily. I had to purchase a set of 3 reusable crystal trays and one week I already have to change it. And it’s so expensive £50 for 3 trays so that’s like £50 for 3 weeks which is ridiculous. It’s not like I have a multiple cats or a big cat. I literally have a 1 year old little girl bengal cat and she uses it twice a day. I have even bought an expensive odouriser to fix it but in the end this litter tray isn’t for my cat.

I have 2 older cats , 15 anc 2 years old, who have free access to our big garden . But the last and youngest one, and fluffiest one , a 4months now Br. Longhair, is a breed that is better to remain an indoor cat. So! The wished solution: Pet Safe litter box, after I made a long research! Satisfied? Very!! Because the 3 weeks that worked for my fluffy kitten, are very satisfied!! BUT: every 7 days, I removed the poops from the integrated box. Putting them in a little plastic bag , and putting it in the garage. Then , within 3 weeks, I put the old crystal litter in the same bag, threw it away, and the carton box with the cartons taken away by the Community service. But next time I will see whether the whole old litter box fits in the Community service trash bag, to throw it directly away in the bag . It would be more practical, and ....pleasant!

Va muy bien, siempre se mantiene limpio, muy fácil de usar y de limpiar, los recambios de usar y tirar son caros pero he visto que hay bandeja reutilizable, pero aquí en Amazon no la tienen
