It holds my hanging baskets well
I like these swivel hooks but if the basket is heavier on one side it will not stay the way you want it to stay.

Swivel Plant Hanger?
These do not swivel. They are sturdy and can hold a heavy weight but even with a light weight planter and wind they just stay in place. I was hoping to get my outdoor trailing succulents some even sun on all sides on breezy days with these swivel plant hangers but they were a waste of my money. I’m very disappointed.
