Great items for the price. It contains three different types of seeds, with each supplying a particular nutritional function. If you don't know specifically which type of seeds you want this is the best way to good. They bring flavor and enrich my smoothies. The size is reasonable for the price.

I kept buying three separate bags of flaxseed, chia and hemp seeds. Now I have the best of all three and one convenient little bottle. I won't forget to do one or the other now with this, and I think I'll plan to buy more in the future. The taste is like you expect it to taste with chia, hemp and flax, and I like easily adding this to my food in one container.

These ingredients can be SO EXPENSIVE when sold elsewhere, or by posh-ier companies. This version is much more affordable. I'm sure there's some level of quality that drops off, but i don't notice it. Love this product, as I shake a bunch of it into every bowl of cereal, oatmeal, or smoothie!
