I have been dealing with extremely low Vitamin-D levels for years even though I spend a ton of time outside. Previously I have taken Vitamin-D in pill form but my body just wasn't absorbing it so my doctor switched me to the liquid form too see if it would work better. I have been taking this for a few months and I really do feel like it is helping. I haven't had a blood test yet too see if my levels have come up any, but my brain fog is less and I do feel like I have more energy. One thing to remember is that you have too hold it under your tongue for 30-90 seconds. It gets absorbed under your tongue so the longer you can hold it there the more you absorb.

So far I’m super happy with this vitamin D three and K supplement. It around quickly and well package. It comes in a very nice box and well displayed. Good taste to it it’s not unpleasant in anyway. You simply put a dropper full under your tongue and let it sit for 30 seconds or so and then swallow. I haven’t had any adverse reactions and so far so good!

This vitamin D3+K2 liquid drop arrives in a translucent blue glass bottle with a dropper cap. The serving size is 1ml which is clearly marked on the dropper. It is pretty pleasant and easy to take. Need to hold 30 to 90 seconds in the mouth and then swallow. I like that it is highly bioavailable and easily absorbed by the body. It is supposed to be good for bone and heart health. Only time will tell how good it is. So far so good. The price seems a little steep for a 30-day supply though.

Love these easy to use drops. Make sure to hold the liquid under your tongue as long as possible before swallowing. Vitamin D supplementation has worked big time for me. I had a lot of skin cancer in my 30s-40s and was told to stay out of the sun, which was the worst thing they could have advised. They never used to check D but when I was eventually checked, my level was at 20, took two years to build it up to 60, now another few years and my recent blood test shows it is now 86. I will continue with my 5000IU daily regimen.

In the news lately they’ve been talking about the negative effects of too much vitamin D. Vitamin K helps with the absorption. I would consider lowering the dose and checking with a doctor. Vitamin D is harder to get enough of in the winter than Spring or Fall when you’re outdoors more perhaps. But the hottest days of summer we may be inside more, too. Vitamin D helps with immunity so we’ll probably begin taking 1000IU this Fall as school starts.

It is great to have a solution with both of these vitamins together, since K2 is necessary to assimilate D3. I like the quick absorption of this product. I also like that its organic and that the package includes its own dropper, which makes it easy to get the right amount.

I got this and another supplement from the same company and I have to stop using it after 3 days. It gave me the runs and upset my tummy that last for days. I’m miserable. Not sure if it’s the oil they use or what but I didnt get the full benefits of using this due to the negative reactions from my body. The oil is easy to swallow. The dropper is of good quality. I just can’t handle how miserable I was for few days and I have to drink plenty of water to have this flushed out of my system. If you can handle this kind, this might be for you. Just not for me
