Now Foods: Dairy Digest Complete Dairy Tolerance Enzyme, 90 vcaps (2 pack)

I use 2 of these with a scope of whey and 200 ml low fat milk. I am partially lactose intolerant as well. Does a good job digesting lactose and whey both. If I just take lactese, then I feel gassy, so this is definitely helping me digest proteins as well. Though I wish there was a version that didnt have lipase in it (dont need something I dont want).

8/18/18 While taking one of these bad boys, I thought I should update my review for this product because surely it’s been 2-3 YEARS since I first reviewed it. I’ll let you do the math on how close that estimate was! Apparently, I’m so content using these and they go SO far that it makes you feel like old buddies. Every once in a while, as I take ONE pill, I laugh thinking of all the lactaid and money wasted all of those years. I would give this ten stars if I could :-) I had heard there were more effective and less costly methods of Lactaid but it worked for me so there was really no need to look elsewhere. Not to mention, I never looked on Amazon-only in drug stores and they really don’t have many options. Lactaid started giving me cramps? I’ve been taking it for maybe 20 years or less? It took me a while to figure out what was going on. It came out of nowhere. I FINALLY came to Amazon and luckily, this was the first brand I’ve tried. Not only do you get more for your money, they don’t come in stupid pouches and you don’t have to take anywhere NEAR as many. I had 3 slices of a medium pizza tonight. If I was using Lactaid I would need at least 6 (dosage is 2, and I need a dose for every item). I took ONE. ONE of these and I was good to go. I’m a little bit of a tough case because I LOVE cheese and refuse to accept I’m lactose intolerant. I only limit my intake when I’m low on pills. So, I eat as much dairy as a cheese lover would. Cheese on EVERYTHING. Extra cheese, often! So I need something that truly works because there’s no downtime. So happy and I feel like a bit of a fool for not stumbling here earlier. But again, feel soooooo thankful I found it on my first try. A great deal and a lifesaver!!

I've used these for years because Lactaid pills were no longer effective enough, and I've never had an issue since! I live and die by these pills and I share them with everyone. A bottle stays in my car, I travel with a bottle, I keep them in a little pill case in my purse, if I go anywhere, I have these pills and you should too. I take two with every meal, and sometimes if I'm unsure how much dairy is in my food I'll take them just in case.
