Works for my sawdust vac system
Assembled a shop vac system to each of my stationary power tools and used this tubing to string it together. Works as expected and seems more durable than the photos in add indicates.

Vacuum hose
I needed a hose for the vacuum system I built.this is a very flexible hose and is quite tough.it will compress to 1/3 its length, but it is not like a spring, so you don't have to fight with it to stretch it out.it is clear but with short use it becomes coated with dust on the inside and becomes opaque.it's measurements are 2 1/2 ID. and 2 5/8 OD.It is a great extension hose for my shop vac.

Great hose for the price.
I bought this hose to connect to a ClearVue Mini CV06 separator that is then attached to a Ridgid wet/dry vac.This hose is heavy duty. The spring is encased within the vinyl. It is not just glued to the inside like the Wood River hose(from Woodcraft). The spring cannot separate from the hose.The hose will compress to about one third of it's full length if you block the end, but it won't collapse. The diameter of the hose stays at full size. Once the blockage is removed from the hose end, the hose relaxes back to it's normal, flexible state.I used about 25 feet of this hose for the Ridgid shop vacuum, which now reaches everywhere in my shop. The rest will be used to attach some of my bench-top tools to the Oneida Super Dust Gorilla cyclone.

...my 50' Slinky (R)
I called it my 50' "Slinky" (R) , but seriously, this hose has many uses. It can be cut down to fit any dust collector setup or used to reach a 30' section of air duct... Heavy plastic with an, embedded coated wire, that fits tight over 2 1/2" tubing. No need for ring clamps with a standard shop-vac, maybe with a more powerful dust collector. Even then I don't foresee any problems with it collapsing, but I'll find out later.

Great buy
Bought this for my dust collection system in my basement. Was a lot cheaper than my woodworking supply store and the quality is just as good, if not better. I have it attached to my 4” pvc dust collection trunk with blast gates.
