I'm so glad we chose this mattress. It's a little nerve wracking buying one without having the option to lay down on it first but it worked out perfect. It popped up into shape immediately and is so very comfortable. It's soft and firm at the same time if that makes sense. It's squishy on the top but with really great support. The pillows are great too. I had a foam pillow before that I hated because it was way too firm, but these have some squish to them.

but it has gotten just a little too flat for my taste over time, and I like flat pillows because I only sleep on my stomach. At first it was just right now but I have to fluff it up every so often while I sleep when I switch positions. You gotta get the down together a bit more as time has gone on. It's very soft and comfortable and the extra zippered pillow case is an excellent touch. In the end, I still like the pillow and would definitely recommend but just wish it was a little bit thicker after time passes.

The pillow is very well made and was delivered in a timely manner. My only issue and it may be my fault for ordering a 14 oz versus a 12 oz down filled pillow is that I find it a little overstuffed for a stomach sleeper. Those people who have complained that it goes flat can't be stomach sleepers or must have enormous heads. Again this is a beautifully made pillow and I would highly recommend it for people who want a little more stuffing then the traditional 12 oz pillow without it being as large as a hotel pillow.

Glorious! I expected a very thin pillow (due to the discount); in actuality is about equal to an $80 goose down pillow I bought elsewhere on Amazon. I'd recommend two pillows for side sleeping, or one pillow for back/stomach sleeping. I got two so I can customize. Since I got this pillow I've started waking up on my back for the first time ever - which is supposed to be good for your posture - feeling aligned and comfortable.

I ordered one of these pillows and it was fabulous! I'm a stomach sleeper, so I was looking for something squishy. I liked it so much, I ordered another one about six months later. It was SO different...not squishy like the first one I ordered. It's almost as if it's overfilled. I thought it would break in a bit, but it didn't. Not real happy.

I purchased this pillow and it's very comfortable, but it has a very strong smell, like tire rubber. Hoping customer service will help... I'll update if they do... UPDATE: FRAUD! I received an email from the company today stating that this pillow does in fact NOT CONTAIN DOWN as advertised: "Seller Comments: Hello, Our apologies that this has happened. This is down alternative pillow and does not contain any actual down but is filled with a polyester. While the return window has closed, we will be more than happy to send you a warranty replacement pillow of the same type. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."

This pillow is beautifully made, and comes in a very nice cover. It has plenty of loft, but is soft enough for me, a small woman who sleeps either on her back without a pillow or on her side with one. I haven't washed it yet (I've used it for only three weeks), but the idea of a washable down pillow is most agreeable. Here are quality, beauty, and practicality all rolled into one, for price far less than usual.
