Really helps your back. You can stand up straight which helps your back not to deform from bending over. Helps with pain also. Might not cure your back , but it sure does help.

The plastic bones came out on the first day I wore it. Stitching may have been defective. The style of back brace is perfect, just needs to be of better quality.
