Defective didn’t work out of the box
Received bulb one end of box was open tried the bulb in my unit with no light produced. Sent it back as damaged and they did not send a replacement just charged me a restocking fee for a defective bulb. Beware as this did not work

It is supposed to last 24 months, not 10

RGF will not warranty this product if you bought it on Amazon.
I tried to use warranty on a bulb that was 21 months old. They said your plumber has to buy it thru his distributer.
